It sounds like you're just needing to activate the reverse light function on a standard 5-Way connector so your boat trailer actuator will use the lockout for you to move the trailer around by hand with your dolly. I don't know of any handheld 12V power sources but you should be able to use a small battery like what you find with a breakaway kit # 50-85-313 and then wire the power only to the last pin on a 5-Way like part # HM47910 to send power to the lockout function on your actuator.

Because the front of vehicle will be slightly raised while situated on the tow dolly, you would not want to a hitch at the rear of the towed vehicle, this downward angle would probably cause drag issues. There are currently no wheel casters that are confirmed to work on the Husky Brute Jacks like part # HT87247. Husky doesn't offer any most likely because wheel casters don't have very high capacities and the Husky Brute jacks have pretty high capacities so having a wheel for them would greatly reduce the overall capacity of the jack setup.

For a surge actuator that will allow for both electric and manual lockout on disc brakes I recommend the Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator # DX56FR. This comes with a electric lockout solenoid for when you are connected to your truck or you can use the Lockout Key # DX94FR when you are moving the trailer around with a type of trailer dolly.

The Trailer Valet XL # TVXL2 you were looking at will work with your 2022 NuCamp TaB 320-Cs-S as long as your trailer uses a 2" hitch ball. I couldn't find any information on which size coupler it uses, but with its weight it could be 1-7/8" or 2", though there's no option if you have a 1-7/8" coupler except replacing it with a 2".

Going with an A-frame jack with a larger diameter wheel should make maneuvering through gravel a bit easier. You could go with the Fulton F2 Trailer Jack part # F1413250334 and the 8 inch diameter caster wheel # F500266. This would be the best option among the products we offer.
